General Questions
Do I have to register to make a purchase?
No. You can check out as a guest purchaser. However, if you create an account during checkout, your account has its benefits. As an account holder, you will receive exceptional customer service. If your purchases include CD(s), you can track shipping for your orders and we will offer you special discounts throughout the year.
Is my registration information secure?
Yes, we value your interaction with our website. Your registration information is protected on our dedicated server. Any data interaction with our website is encrypted by an SSL certificate. You'll notice that our web address begins with https: as opposed to http:. The https: confirms that your visit is protected by our SSL certificate. Your personal information is very important to us. We do not share customer information with anyone. We also do not retain any credit card numbers, expiration dates, or CVV numbers on our server.
Can I purchase and download your recordings on my iPhone or iPad?
You can purchase recordings from an iPhone or iPad. However, Apple does not permit mobile users to download music or videos from a third-party seller. In order to listen to your recordings on your iPhone or iPad, you must download the recordings from a desktop or laptop computer and transfer them to your mobile device using iCloud or iTunes (if you don't use iCloud).
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover card holders. We also accept gift and prepaid cards, but they must be from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal account payments.
Do you accept international credit cards?
Yes. We accept international credit card payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover card holders.
Do you accept money orders or cashiers checks?
No. We do not accept money orders or cashiers checks. We only accept online credit cards payments.
Do you charge sales tax?
For CD purchases only, we charge the California State tax of 7.5% for U.S. customers that live outside of Contra Costa County in California. We charge %8.5 sales tax for Contra Costa County customers. We do not charge sales tax for purchases made outside of California, international purchases, or any download purchases.
How secure is shopping on your online store? Is my data protected?
Yes. Your billing information is secure when you make an online purchase from us. After checkout, we do not store any billing information. We use PayPal to securely process customer payments. PayPal processes credit card details on disk with AES 256-bit encryption methods.
Do I receive a receipt for my order?
Yes. Upon payment approval, we will email a receipt with your order details to your account's email address.
What could cause my order to be delayed?
If the billing information you provided does not match what your bank has on file (including your address and telephone number), your order may be delayed. We will ship your order to the shipping address customers provide us. We cannot prevent delays for an incorrect submitted shipping address.
Returns/Exchanges/Changes
What is your return policy?

What do I do if I want to return or exchange my purchase?
- All returns must be requested by submitting a customer service request within 5 business days of when the package was received. No returns will be accepted after 5 business days.
- All returns must have a Return Number or your merchandise will not be accepted for return. Upon approving your return request, we will send you a Return Number via email.
How long does it take to get my refund for a return?
Upon processing a viable return request, we cannot guarantee that you will immediately receive a credit card refund. However, we will do our best to expedite your refund. The refund will be applied to the original form of payment.
How do I change or cancel my order?
You may change or cancel your order as long as your order is still in process. Once your order has been shipped, you cannot change or cancel your order.
I received my purchase and it's defective. What do I do?
Please submit a customer service request for details. Defective merchandise returned with a Return Number will be exchanged and replaced for the same item. Customer will not be refunded the original shipping fee, but shipping of the replacement item will be free. If the item is no longer available, a full refund will be given for the original amount paid including shipping fees.

How long will delivery take?
After we process an order, barring any delays or product back order, a shipment to a U.S. customer should arrive within 5 to 7 days. For an international customer, a shipment will usually arrive within 7 to 10 days. If any item is on back order, we will notify you immediately by email with an updated delivery date.
How do I track shipping for my order?
To track shipping for your order, sign into your account and select TRACK YOUR ORDER. You will have to enter your order number and account email address.
Can I expedite my shipping?
We do not offer expedited shipping.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

When my package arrives, do I need to sign for it?
No. You will not be required to sign for your package.
